Returns and exchanges

We stand behind what we sell. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order.

At delivery

Open the parcel in front of the courier. Check the model, the colour, the size and the condition of the item. If something is wrong, refuse the parcel: you pay nothing and it comes back to us. That is the simplest moment for everyone.

Exchange conditions

• Exchange is possible within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• The item must come back in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with all tags intact.
• Exchanges depend on available stock. If the item you want is no longer available, we offer another item of your choice, or a credit for the same amount.
• Return shipping is at your expense, except in case of a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our side.
• Exchanges can be made in the shop or by post.

No refunds

Payment happens on delivery: if you refuse the parcel, no money was paid and there is nothing to refund. Once the parcel is paid for and accepted, we exchange — we do not refund.
