How it works

You order from the site. We call you to confirm the address and the item's availability. The parcel then goes to our carrier, OzonExpress.

The courier calls you before arriving. You pay in person, in dirhams.

Allow 24 to 72 working hours after confirmation, depending on your city. Large cities are served faster than remote areas.

Fees depend on the city and appear on the product page before you confirm the order. You never discover an amount at the last moment.

You receive your tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is collected, then a message when it goes out for delivery.
