These terms apply to any order placed on this site.

Prices

Prices are in dirhams, all taxes included. Delivery fees are added to the total and shown before you confirm the order, on the product page.

An order placed on the site is not final until we have called you to confirm it. That call checks the address and the item's availability.

We may decline an order with an incomplete address, an unanswered phone, or an item that has sold out in the meantime. You are told either way.

Payment is made exclusively on delivery, in person to the courier, in dirhams. No online payment is possible and no deposit is asked.

Handled by OzonExpress across Morocco. Stated times are indicative and run from confirmation. A transport delay gives no right to compensation.

You may refuse the parcel on delivery without paying anything. Exchange terms after receipt are described on the Returns and exchanges page.
